Mgr. Dan Marek, M.A., PhD.
Consultant in the field of EU Regional Policy, Structural Funds and Development of Human Resources. He teaches EU Regional Policy as a Jean Monnet Lecturer (the position supported by European Commission, Brussels) at Palacky University in Olomouc. He has completed M.A. and PhD. programs at Palacky University, Olomouc and as well studied at University of Umea (Sweden), University of California, Los Angeles (USA) and Hull University (UK). He had lectured on the EU affairs at the universities in the Netherlands, the UK and USA. From the 1990s onwards he dedicates himself to project proposals’ drafting and project management of EU pre-accession financial tools and later EU Structural funds.
