4 Euro Partners s.r.o. was established in Olomouc, Czech Republic, in 2000 as a company providing consultancy in the field of EU pre-accession financial instruments and later Structural funds. Our work is based on close links and cooperation between Czech and foreign experts in different branches of the broad area of the social and technical sciences. The multidisciplinary approach of our team members belongs to the main strengths of our company. We thus cover wide spectrum of tasks and activities ranging from implementation of capital intensive, investment projects through drafting strategic and analytical documents to training and education activities.

Since the company´s establishment its members managed to implement quite a number of capital intensive as well as soft projects for the clients from both private and public sector (e.g. European Parliament, Czech Ministry of Education, Czech Ministry for Regional Development, Škoda Holding a.s., RPG RE Management, s.r.o., ČVUT Praha, OKD a.s., T-Mobile a.s., Open Gate s.r.o., Ski Centrum Kohútka, a.s., Baltaci, a.s., Europrofis s.r.o., CWE a.s., Open Society Fund, ZOO Zlin, Olomouc Region, Zlin Region, City of Olomouc, Kroměříž, Valašské Meziříčí, Vsetín, Břeclav, Hodonín, Fryšták, Nový Jičín, Hranice and Bystřice pod Hostýnem, National Network of Healthy Towns in Czech Republic, Institut pro samosprávnou demokracii, CIPOS Prostějov etc.

Our team is currently taking part in preparation and elaboration of range of project proposals, that are to be submitted and administered in the EU financial period 2007 - 2013 in the framework of the regional, thematic and cross-border programmes prepared by the Czech Republic for this period. Within the scope of preparation and drafting of the project proposals the members of the company’s team accumulated a broad experience in elaborating the feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. The company in the role of external rater also took part in evaluating a wide range of marketing studies, feasibility studies and CBA of the particular project proposals submitted from the part of towns, communities, regions and companies.

The team members are as well taking part in the implementation of trainings and education activities focused on the EU affairs, project proposal drafting and EU Structural funds.

In 2006 the company entered into a strategic partnership with BXL Consulting Ltd. which offers consulting services concerning predominantly European matters, which include political analysis, as well as strategic and tactical recommendations. Based on its experience and extensive network of contacts, BXL Consulting provides support and advice to clients on how to actively benefit and contribute to the development of the legal environment of the EU, its policies, and individual decisions of its authorities.
